1. Who we are & what this covers

Lab04 Ventures Inc. operates this website under the LevlUp Studio brand from Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Lab04 Ventures Inc.

This Privacy Policy covers the LevlUp Studio website and information you send us in studio or player-support enquiries. It does not cover all information handled inside Color Cove, Odd Catch, a separate rewards platform, or an app store. Refer to the privacy information provided with the relevant game or service for those activities.

2. Information we handle

Messages you choose to send. If you email us, we receive your email address, any name you provide, your message, and attachments. A support enquiry may include the game name, device model, software version, and details of a problem. Send only what is needed; please keep passwords, financial information, and unrelated personal details out of screenshots.

Website delivery and security. Hosting services may process technical details such as IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, timestamps, and security logs to deliver the site and prevent misuse.

The website is publicly accessible and does not require a LevlUp player account.

The current website has no newsletter form, checkout, advertising integration, or visitor analytics script. We do not collect game progress or reward activity through these marketing pages.

3. Why we use it

We use enquiry information to reply, investigate reported problems, and follow up on the request you made. Technical information supports website delivery, troubleshooting, access control, and security. We may also use information where necessary to meet legal obligations or address misuse.

When you send a message, we use its contents for the purpose of that enquiry. Sending a support email does not subscribe you to marketing. We seek consent for a new use where the law requires it.

4. Cookies & browser features

Our website code does not place advertising or analytics cookies, use tracking pixels, or save visitor profiles in local storage. Fonts and game artwork are served with the site.

Our hosting provider may use technical information to deliver and secure the website. Your browser lets you manage cookies and other site data.

“Copy” copies our public email address to your clipboard only when you select it. Email links open your own email application; opening a draft does not send a message to us.

5. Providers & sharing

We use service providers for website hosting, access security, and email delivery. They may process the information needed to provide those services. The website is hosted on Railway. See Railway’s Privacy Policy for information about its own services.

We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising through this website. Information may be disclosed when required by law or when lawfully necessary to protect people, our services, or our legal rights.

Providers may store or process information outside your province or country, including outside Canada. Information processed elsewhere may be subject to that jurisdiction’s laws and lawful access requests.

If you follow a link to another service, that service’s privacy practices apply. We do not control independent websites or app stores.

6. Retention & security

We retain correspondence while needed to handle your enquiry, related follow-up, and legitimate legal or business requirements. When it is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it, subject to applicable retention requirements. Where personal information is used to make a decision directly affecting you, British Columbia law requires it to be retained for at least one year after that decision.

We aim to limit access to people and providers who need it for the purposes above and use safeguards appropriate to the information. No online system or email transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Avoid sending sensitive information that we do not need.

7. Your choices & requests

You can ask to access personal information under our control, correct an error, or learn how it has been used or disclosed. You can also ask us to delete information or withdraw consent for a consent-based use. Deletion or withdrawal may be limited by legal obligations, required retention, or the need to finish a service you requested; we will explain any applicable limitation.

Email hello@levlup.studio and describe your request. We may ask for proportionate information to confirm that the request is yours before releasing or changing personal information. Do not send identity documents unless we explain why they are needed and agree on a suitable method.

We will respond within the time required by applicable law and explain any permitted extension or refusal. If a concern remains unresolved, you may contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.

8. Children & family enquiries

This studio website provides general information about our games. It does not ask children to create profiles or submit personal information. Parents or guardians should handle support enquiries for children and avoid including unnecessary information about them.

If you believe a child has sent us personal information that should not be held, contact hello@levlup.studio so we can assess the request and take appropriate action. Age ratings and privacy information for a game are provided separately with that game.

9. Policy updates

We may update this policy as the website or our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest revision. We will provide additional notice or seek consent for material changes where required, before applying a new use that needs consent.
