1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the LevlUp Studio website, operated by Lab04 Ventures Inc. in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. “We,” “us,” and “our” mean Lab04 Ventures Inc.

By using this website, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please stop using it. If you use the site on behalf of an organization, you must have authority to do so.

These terms cover the studio website. A game, app store, or separate rewards service may have its own terms, eligibility rules, and privacy information. Those terms govern that separate product or service.

2. What this website provides

The website introduces our studio and games, shares screenshots and release information, and helps you contact us. It does not currently sell games, process payments, manage player accounts, or operate a rewards or payout programme.

Game descriptions, features, screenshots, supported platforms, and release plans may change as development progresses. A showcase page is not a guarantee of a release date, store availability, future feature, or reward. Official download links will be provided when a game is available.

3. Respectful use

You may browse the website, use its support information, and share links to public pages for lawful purposes.

Please do not attempt to gain unauthorized access, defeat access restrictions, introduce malicious code, overload the site, impersonate someone else, or use the site to harass others or infringe their rights. Do not submit personal information you have no right to share.

If access is restricted, use only an account you are authorized to use. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the site or address a breach of these terms, subject to applicable law.

4. Artwork, names & other content

The LevlUp Studio branding, game names, original artwork, text, and other site content belong to Lab04 Ventures Inc. or their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Viewing or using the website does not transfer ownership or grant a licence to republish, sell, or commercially reuse that material. You may link to and share public pages with attribution. For other uses of studio assets, ask us first unless the use is permitted by law or a separate licence.

Third-party materials, including the open-source fonts used on this site, remain subject to their own licences. These website terms do not replace any permission provided with a game or an individual asset.

5. Enquiries & feedback

Use hello@levlup.studio for player support, studio enquiries, and feedback. Give us enough detail to understand your request, and do not send passwords, payment details, confidential proposals, or unrelated sensitive information.

You retain rights in material you send. You allow us to use and reproduce it as reasonably needed to respond to your enquiry, investigate a reported issue, or consider your feedback. This does not give us permission to publish personal information or a testimonial without an appropriate basis.

How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Other services

App stores, email services, and other linked services are operated by their respective providers. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them. A link does not mean that we control a third party’s service or guarantee its content, availability, or security.

7. Availability & responsibility

We work to keep the website useful and accurate, but it may contain errors or be interrupted, changed, or withdrawn. To the extent permitted by law, the website and its information are provided “as is” and “as available,” without a guarantee of uninterrupted access or error-free content.

To the extent permitted by law, Lab04 Ventures Inc. is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, this informational website. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or takes away non-waivable consumer or privacy rights.

8. Applicable law & questions

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, subject to any mandatory protections that apply where you live. Nothing here requires you to waive a right, remedy, or forum that applicable law protects.

9. Updates & remaining provisions

We may revise these terms as the website changes. The date at the top identifies the current version. Updates apply prospectively, and we will provide further notice or obtain agreement where the law requires it.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a provision does not by itself waive it.
